| Palmfox high-pressure insulation kit gasket material includes high-strength, glass-reinforced epoxy-laminated bonded to a stainless steel core. This maintains total electrical insulation between the flange faces while offering the strength of a conventional metallic gasket. |
In order to break the potential leak path that is noticeable in glass laminate materials, seal grooves are machined through the laminate's insulating material and into the stainless steel core. This creates a solid foundation for the seal to sit into. Also, PTFE sealing elements are installed in the dovetail shape seal grooves to provide reliable sealing.
Materials
- Stainless Steel Core:
The standard stainless steel core is SS316L, special materials such as duplex steel, and Inconel stainless steel can be made according to your requirements.
- Glass Reinforced Epoxy:
The standard glass-reinforced epoxy material is G10, and G11 is available when the temperature requirement is higher.

- Seal
The standard sealing material is Spring Energized Teflon which is suitable for most working conditions. Meanwhile, other materials like VITON are also available

Palmfox High-Pressure Insulation Gasket Features:
